Ingredients for white chocolate fudge:
White chocolate : 300g
Dried Blueberries : 2tbsp
Condensed milk : 1/3Cup
Butter : 1tbsp
Lemon rind from 1 lemon
Method :
1. Line 8 inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Keep aside.
2. Melt chocolate using a double boiler( or microwave carefully without burning it). When it is completely melted, stir in condensed milk, blueberries, lemon rind and butter. combine well and continue stirring for 2-3minutes.
3. Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
4. Take out the fudge and lift it from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 30 pieces. You could store white chocolate fudge in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
